How to register

If you wish to take the IELTS test at the University of Mosul Center, you can register for the test in person by following these steps:

Registration

  • Attend the IELTS Test Center – University of Mosul, located in the Scientific and Literary Forum Building, opposite the College of Islamic Sciences in the Presidential Palaces Complex.

  • The applicant must visit the center in person during official working hours from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.

  • Submit the required documents and information for registration: only an original valid passport is accepted (no alternative documents or copies).

  • The applicant registering and taking the test must have a valid personal email address to receive registration notifications and training materials.

  • The applicant must provide a valid phone number for contact.

Selecting the Test Date

  • The test date can be chosen from available dates at the University of Mosul Center or any other test center inside or outside Iraq during the registration process based on the candidate’s preference and actual availability in the booking system.

  • The applicant fills out the registration form with the help of the specialized staff.

The form includes:

  • Full residential address.

  • Educational qualification.

  • Type of test required (IELTS Academic) or (IELTS General Training).

  • The organization to which the result should be sent (if any).

Paying the Test Fees

  • The test fee is 325 US dollars, which includes registration and test fees.

  • The fee for retaking one of the skills is 221 US dollars.

  • Payment is electronic only through the center’s system using a MasterCard or Visa Card, which the applicant must possess and be authorized to use.

  • No cash payment is accepted for the test or registration.

  • There are no additional fees for registration.

Receiving Registration Confirmation Electronically

  • After completing the payment, the applicant will receive a confirmation email containing:

    • Candidate number.

    • Details of the date and location.

    • Instructions for attending the test.

On the Test Day

  • Arrive at the center at the specified time.

  • Bring the original valid passport used during registration.
