Organizational Structure of the International English Language Testing Center (IELTS):

  1. Senior Management:
    Comprising the center’s director and general supervisors, this team oversees daily operations and ensures smooth workflow in accordance with established standards. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring quality and compliance.

  2. Registration and Reception Department:
    Serving as the first point of contact for applicants, this department handles inquiries, provides necessary information, manages registration procedures, and schedules test sessions.

  3. Preparation and Training Department:
    Offers courses and educational resources aimed at helping students effectively prepare for the exam. Activities include interactive lessons, mock tests, and a variety of training materials.

  4. Testing Department:
    Responsible for organizing and administering the IELTS test in strict accordance with international standards. Tasks include preparing the test environment, monitoring test sessions, and ensuring integrity and quality of results.

  5. Marketing and Communication Department:
