Central Library

In accordance with the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, that the Central Library should have an effective role in the scientific and information offer for all Iraqi universities, especially those of Nineveh Governorate, and with direct follow-up of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, who received in his office a delegation from the University College of Al-Nour on Sunday, 17 November 2019, to promote a scientific and cognitive cooperation between the two universities. Later, Mr. Sayf took the delegation in a tour at the library, to show the efforts of the library staff in developing its library. It is worth mentioning that the Library’s General Secretariat initiated a provision of a valuable collection of various scientific and human sources of the most important books and periodicals for Al-Nour College University which in turn appreciated this initiation and admired the Library staff’s notable achievements in record time despite the destruction of the Library caused by ISIS, hoping a brilliant success in serving the scientific and research process in all Iraqi universities.
