  • Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim (b. 1974, Kirkuk) is Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning. He holds a PhD in Modern and Contemporary History from the University of Mosul and previously served as Minister of Education and Member of Parliament.

  • Mr. Benkin Rikani (b. 1966) is Iraq’s Minister of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities since December 2022, and Head of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority since 2024. He holds degrees in Mathematics & Statistics (University of Mosul) and Law (University of Baghdad).

  • Dr. Aqeel Mahmoud Al-Khuzaeli (b. 1973, Karbala) is the Senior Deputy Minister of Interior. A graduate of the University of Mosul in Law and Medicine (1996), he previously served as Governor of Karbala and has published works on security and administration.
