Central Library

In an effort to rehab the University of Mosul and show it in the best form by Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, and with the follow-up of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the University’s Department of Reconstruction and Projects started supervising the company which commenced the implementation of the project of rehabilitation of the University’s Central Library building including electrical, mechanical and architecture works. It is something great to restore the library more brilliant than before according to modern designs to stay the University’s important scientific milestone for the students and researchers to serve the educational and cultural process at the University. It is worth mentioning that the library building was deliberately destroyed, sabotaged, burned and looted during Daesh savage invasion of the City of Mosul.
