Desiring to join the local and international efforts to rebuild the University of Mosul, headed by Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, and under the supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Gift and Exchange Unit received (480) books and periodicals in various human fields dedicated by Dr. Namir Najib, lecturer in the College of Business Informatics at the University of Information and Communication Technology to provide the required resources for the Library users. The Library’s technical staff began indexing the donated books and periodicals to be cataloged and classified and to be available for students and users
