At the behest of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, to communicate constantly with Mosul society’s intellectual and cultural elites, and under the supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, General-Secretary of the University Libraries, the Central Library received copies of Mr. Mahmoud Al-Kannah’s work entitled (And the Pen Whispered) in addition to copies of Mr. Muhammad Al-Kannah’s work entitled (Harvest of the Expatriate Pen) to enrich the bookshelves of the University’s libraries with useful and new intellectual and cultural works to refer to the importance of the Central Library for both the University and society.
