Bartella Preparatory School for Boys in a Scientific Visit to the Central Library and Ibn Khaldun Library
Within the vision of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, to keep communicating with Nineveh Governorate’s scientific and educational communities, and with sustained follow-up from Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, a delegation of teachers and students from Bartella Preparatory School for Boys visited the Central Library and Ibn Khaldun Library as well as the Center of Mosul Studies as part of a scientific visit to the University of Mosul. The visit was to communicate the scientific and cultural importance of the University and its libraries for professors, students and the Governorate’s society. During the visit, Mr. Akram Hussain, Administrative Official in Ibn Khaldun Library, and Ms. Rafal Khalid, Head of the User Services Unit in the Central Library, briefed the visitors with a detailed explanation about the University libraries. At the end of the visit and on behalf of the School’s Administration, Mr. Adnan Ezzat expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Library’s General Secretariat and staff to serve the scientific and cultural process at the University and society
