In order to activate the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, to provide all the requirements for the success of the research movement in the University, and under the supervision and follow-up of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, Ibn Khaldun Library’s borrowing hall has opened to provide its services to undergraduates, postgraduates and researchers in the second University campus. It provides information services to the users of the College of Law, College of Political Science, College of Basic Education and College of Fine Arts. It has witnessed a wide turnout by the users in the second campus who appreciated the generous attention paid by the University President to the students and researchers to raise their scientific and cognitive levels and provide all the requirements of their success. They have also appreciated the General Secretariat of the University Libraries and the staff of Ibn Khaldun Library for their continuous efforts to serve the research and scientific movement at the University.
