Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, to reach the highest levels of cognitive cooperation and integration among all the University colleges and institutions to elevate its scientific and cognitive level, and with constant follow-up from Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Periodicals Unit in the Central Library received issues 123 and 124 of volume 38 for 2019 of Al-Rafidain Development Journal issued by the College of Administration and Economics at the University. It is an adopted quarterly scientific periodical that deals with the publication of perfect economic, administrative, financial and information systems researches. It is regarded a notable reference in the fields of administration and economics for students and researchers and a quality addition to the Library periodicals to serve the scientific and research process at the University
