The Occasion of International Francophonie Day to Remember Human Solidarity Values in Facing International Challenges
Under the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady to activate the University of Mosul’s vision of openness to the international communities and to proffer a word and opinion on various international occasions and forums, and with consistent follow-up from Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Central Library participates in the celebration of the International Francophonie Day on Friday, March 20, 2020, to draw lessons from this intercontinental cultural meeting as a model for the intellectual and human interaction among the peoples and cultures of various nations in their relentless pursuit to choose optimal ways for human communication in all fields, especially the international coordination activities to pool efforts to face the dangers of the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, and the joint global contribution to limit this disease and then eliminate it. This great mission can not be achieved without the exchange of cultural, administrative and medical experiences among all nations of the world. Our wishes for the peoples and cultures of the world is to communicate and join to face and overcome all challenges
