Activating the vision of the University of Mosul, headed by Prof. Dr. Kussay Al-Ahmady, regarding constant endeavor to develop the competence of the University staff members, and in the presence of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, Mr. Muhammad Abd Qasim, one of the Library staff members, defended his Master’s dissertation (New Multiphase Algorithm for the Enhancement of weakly llluminated Images) in the Computer Sciences Department of the College of Computer Sciences and Mathematics on Sunday, December 6, 2020. The discussion committee consisted of Asst. Prof. Dr. Fakhruddin Hamid Ali / University of Mosul / College of Engineering / chairman; Prof. Dr. Sundus Khalil Ibrahim / University of Mosul / College of Computer Sciences and Mathematics / member; Asst. Prof. Dr. Shaima Hamid Shaker / University of Technology / Department of Computer Sciences / member and Dr. Zuhair Qais Ibrahim / University of Mosul / College of Computer Sciences and Mathematics / member and supervisor. For its part, the Central Library congratulates this student on his successful discussion and obtaining a Master’s degree which is considered a scientific achievement that will undoubtedly contribute to the service of the scientific process at the University of Mosul
