Central Library

In line with the directives of the University Presidency to develop the efficiency of the University staff, and to activate the continuous education plans in the Central Library, Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, and the officials of library divisions and units participated in the virtual symposium (Library Buildings and Designs in the Digital Age) held on January 19, 2021, to be briefed of the latest library designs and constructions in the digital age within the Arabic Union Catalog program. During the symposium, Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmad Hanash, Department of Architecture, Albaha University, talked about architectural design as an improvement tool for library user experience, inspiring library functions, principles of library designs, role of architects and designers to meet library challenges, library challenges in light of digital revolution and future of library architecture.
