Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of University Libraries, the Central Library conducted a workshop titled (Total Quality Management in University Libraries) on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The workshop was delivered by the Asst. Lect. Sarmad Siddiq, Department of Information and Libraries, College of Arts, managed by the Asst. Lect. Zina Tareq with electronic assistance by Dr. Ghada Abdulkarim. The workshop discussed the concept, importance and stages of development, application and obstacles of total quality management, mentioning the difference between total quality management and traditional management and the relationship between total quality management and quality standards. Finally, participation certificates were distributed to the workshop presentees.
