Central Library

Within the activities of the Continuing Education Division, the Central Library conducted a virtual training course on the use of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. The course lasted three days from 17-19 of August, 2021, and was delivered by Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, and Asst. Lect. Mohammad Abid, and electronically administered by Dr. Ghada Abdulkarim. During the course, an overview was given about significance, use and design of the PowerPoint presentations, giving full explanation on the way of saving and opening presentations, inserting a slide, adding images, graphic objects, tables, charts, and media files to any slide, adding animations to slide objects, and displaying or printing them. The course was completed on the third day with an exam for the course attendees who were given participation and examination passing certificates.
