The Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries, Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar received the Khaleeji Basrawi Camp delegation during its visit to the Central Library as part of its tour inside the University of Mosul, within its mission to visit a number of Iraqi cities to introduce the sports, cultural, artistic, literary, social and heritage activities exerted to urge attendance in the Gulf 25 Football Championship that will be held in Basrah on January 6, 2023. During the visit, Mr. Sayf mentioned the services provided by the Central Library staff members under the supervision of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Kossay Alahmady, and the cooperation of local and international supporters. The visiting delegation was impressed by the efforts made to rehabilitate this cultural, civilized, and educational edifice.
