The Scientific Assistant President of the University of Mosul Prof. Dr. Munir Albadrani, the Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar and a number of the University officials received the Director of the UNESCO Office in Iraq Mr. Paolo Fontani and the Director of Cultural Projects Mr. Junaid Soroush and their accompanying delegation, who paid a visit to the Central Library within the activities of the Exhibition of the Community Center for the initiative of “Revive the Spirit of Mosul” which is a global flagship initiative launched by the UNESCO in cooperation with the University of Mosul as a response to the recovery of one of Iraq’s iconic cities, and is based on three pillars: heritage, cultural life and education. During the visit, the events and activities that will be conducted in the Central Library in cooperation with UNESCO to provide the best services to the community were discussed
