Central Library

In line with the persistent endeavors of the visionary Presidency of the University of Mosul to cooperate and collaborate with diplomatic figures, the Secretary General of the University Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar received the former Minister of State at the German Federal Foreign Office Prof. Dr. Christoph Zöpel, accompanied by the head of the German Corner Unit Prof. Dr. Nadhem Alwattar, Prof. Dr. Heike Wendt, and a number of the RESI project members, who visited the Central Library to be taken on a tour in it and be briefed on its services provided to library users. During the visit, Dr. Christoph was impressed with the efforts made to rehabilitate and modernize this cultural and scientific edifice.
