Workshop on “Blockchain Technology in Academic Libraries”
Under the auspices of Rector Alibrahimi, and in the presence and supervision of the Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jasim, and within the activities of the Continuing Education Division, the Central Library conducted a workshop themed “Blockchain Technology in Academic Libraries” on January 1, 2025.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Ghada Abdulkarim, touching on computer networks in general and blockchain technology in particular, noting its components, characteristics, requirements and the challenges it faces.
This workshop achieves a set of Sustainable Development Goals, the most important of which is the fourth goal / quality education, in addition to each of the goals: the ninth / industry, innovation and infrastructure, the sixteenth goal: peace, justice and strong institutions, the seventeenth goal: partnerships
