Under the auspices of Rector Alibrahimi, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Dr. Thayer Ahmed Alsamman and in the presence and supervision of the Director General of the University of Mosul Libraries Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jasim, the Continuing Education Division of the Central Library, in cooperation with the Unit of Women’s Affairs, conducted a workshop themed “Management Feminization: Towards a Sustainable Vision for Activating the Role of Women’s Management in Organization” on February 23, 2025.
The workshop was introduced by the liaison member of the Women’s Affairs Unit Ms. Rawaa Aasem
, and delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Manal Abduljabbar Alsammak, College of Administration and Economics, addressing the importance of women’s participation in management and the most prominent challenges they face, and highlighting their distinguished capabilities in leadership and decision-making.
