Central Library

As a part of its continuios endeavor to enhance its scientific holdings, a delegation from the Central Library at the University of Mosul, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jassim Muhammad, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, visited the current session of the Erbil International Book Fair.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on a number of pavilions participating in the exhibition, the most prominent of which was the University of Mosul pavilion, which reflects the university’s scientific and cultural presence in local and international forums.
This visit aims to attain the latest scientific sources and academic references that contribute to promoting the knowledge balance of the Central Library, with support from UNESCO, with view to serving researchers and postgraduates and keeps up with with the rapid developments in various scientific specializations .
The importance of these initiatives lies in providing modern resources that keep pace with the international academic standards.
