Director of the University Libraries participated in a doctoral thesis discussion
Assistant Professor Dr.Muhammed Jassim Mohammed. DIrector of University Libraries at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for doctoral student Mahmoud Khudair Mohammed. the thesis entitled
“The Application of Operational Norms in the Translation of Iraqi Constitution into English”
The thesis was sucessfully defended and approved with distinction
