Under the auspices of the Honorable President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Director of the Libraries of the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed, and with the implementation of the Third National Plan for Women and Peace, the Women’s Affairs Committee and the Continuing Education Division at the Central Library, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit ,Presidency of the University of Mosul at the Central Library, are organizd the workshop entitled (Culture of Enhancing Women’s Participation in Decision-Making) on Tuesday 10/21/2025 ,delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Dafar Hatem Fadel College of Education for Humanities, it was presented by Ms. Rawaa Asim Nouri and conducted by Ms. Saba Maad Ahmed, Head of the Continuing Education Division,. The workshop covered achieving the transparency and democracy in societies, and all its members must be involved in the decision-making process that directly affects them, regardless of their nationalities or backgrounds The importance of encouraging a culture of women’s participation in the decision-making process plays a vital role in helping to build trust and enhancing the sense of belonging to society
