The Central Library of the University of Mosul hosts a meeting of the Ministerial Subcommittee for Investing the Energies of Scholarship students.

The Central Library at the University of Mosul hosted a meeting of the Ministerial Subcommittee concerned with investing the energies of scholarship students, in the presence of the Honorable Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdul Raheem Ibrahim Jassim, and the Chairman of the Ministerial Subcommittee on Investing the Energies of Scholarship Students at the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed..
During the meeting, they underscored the importance of investing in the scientific competencies of the university’s scholarship students and benefiting from their experiences in developing scientific and administrative performance in a way that contributes to promoting the university’s position and enhancing its academic competitivenes .
They also emphasized necessity of granting scholarship students a real administrative and scientific role by activating their participation in the university’s scientific journals by involving them in editorial and scientific arbitration bodies and benefiting from their experiences in developing publishing policies and raising the standards of journals to keep pace with international classifications.
The attendees also stressed the role of scholarship students in supporting scientific agreements by communicating with universities and international institutions with which they have scientific relations, as well as following up on the implementation of the terms of the agreements and activating academic exchange programs and joint research projects .they emphasized involving of scholarship students in the “Study in Iraq” initiative, and supporting their contribution to community service and various academic activities. They also highligted working hard to invest in the energies of scholarship students, as it represents a key pillar in improving the scientific reality of the University of Mosul and supporting its path of academic openness and scientific cooperation locally and internationally
