The President of the University of Mosul , Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi, directed aletter of thanks and appreciation with one-month seniority to the staff of the Media and Relations Unit at the Central Library, Dr. Ahmad Muyassar and Mr.Mahmood SalahuddinHe appreciated their efforts in offering and preparing a stage for a group of creative students from the Collage of Fine Arts to perform a pantomime entitled ( like a phoenix, the Central Library at the University of Mosul rises from under the ashes ) on 11/4/2019. The play documented, in a wonderful artistic manner , the tragedy of burning the library by ISIS terrorist gangs and calling for reviving it to return as one of the most important libraries in the Middle East as before to serve students and researchers in our dear university
