Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, and under the supervision of the Secretary-General of the University Libraries Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, the Central Library held a second online workshop on the Iraqi Virtual Science Library (IVSL) on Saturday, November 14, 2020. During the workshop, Dr. Ghada Abdulkareem, Official of the Planning Unit, and Mr. Jalal Hikmat, Official of IVSL Unit provided the attendees with a detailed explanation of the ways of registration and search in IVSL, showing its advantages and importance in providing modern, diverse and free global resources of information in the exceptional circumstances of the current Coronavirus Pandemic and the scarcity of paper-based information resources provided for the University students and researchers. At the end of the workshop, Dr. Ghada and Mr. Jalal answered all the inquiries raised by the attendees who expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the General Secretariat of the University Libraries in organizing the workshop that was managed by the Official of the Continuing Education Division Ms. Zina Tareq
