Central Library

As directed by the University of Mosul on opening up to the local and international media channels in order to show the Iraqis and the world the reality of the University, the Central Library received the Iraqia TV, which was on a journalistic mission to prepare a detailed presentational footage on the Central Library and how it was destroyed, burnt and looted by ISIS, addressing the local, regional and international efforts made to revive it and restore its pioneering role in the service of science and culture in Mosul and the whole country. Furthermore, the library staff members briefed the channel correspondent of the efforts they are making to overcome the obstacles imposed by the Corona pandemic to provide the best services to library users to serve science and culture in Iraq.
