As part of the efforts of the faculty members at the University of Mosul to make a distinguished contribution to the efforts to rebuild their university libraries after they were destroyed by the terrorist gangs of ISIS,.Prof. Dr. Akram Albaddou, Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law – University of Mosul ،Dedicating a valuable collection of his books to the Central Library and Ibn Khaldun Library , and he was received by Mr Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary General of the University of Mosul Libraries, who expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for this generous initiative on behalf of himself and on behalf of the library staff.
