Central Library

In an effort to maintain cooperation and coordination with the Iraqi universities, Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, welcomed Dr. Ahmed Abdul-ali Rasheed Kubba, Head of the Architecture Engineering Department, Al Muthanna University, accompanied by Dr. Oday Alchalabi, briefing him of the disastrous consequences of the destruction suffered by the Central Library during ISIS occupation and how the local and international efforts joined to revive the library after the liberation. During the meeting, Dr. Ahmad was impressed by the Central Library’s hospitality and the team spirit that the library follows in providing the best services to library users and views and visions were exchanged to maintain cooperation between the two universities, hoping to exchange more visits in the interest and service of science and culture in our dear country.
