Hisham Alhashemi’s Family Donates One of His Works
Within the global and local diligent endeavors made to retrieve the Central Library’s scientific and cultural reputation, and with a follow-up from the General Secretariat of the University of Mosul Libraries, the Central Library received a book entitled (The Rest of the Light – Writings in the Time of Darkness) written by the late well-known Iraqi historian and researcher in security and strategic affairs, Mr. Hisham Abduljabbar Alhashemi, donated by his family and delivered by Ms. Ban Hashem Thannoon, Employee, General Directorate of Evaluation and Examinations, Ministry of Education. The Central Library is grateful to them for their generous initiatives dedicated to supporting the University of Mosul libraries.
