Within the vision of the University of Mosul, headed by Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, to encourage the policy of opening up to all local figures and institutions to make use of their efforts in supporting the process of improving the scientific and cultural reality of the University, and with the follow-up from Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Gift and Exchange Unit in the Central Library received a book entitled (The Role of Commercial Banks in Activating the Performance of the Stock Market through the Establishment of Investment Funds) written by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mahdi, Lecture at the University of Basra and Mr. Mushtaq Talib, and issued by the House of Al-Basrah Literature in 2019. This book is a gift that contributes to supporting the library as a favor for the Library users of students and researchers at the University.
