Participation in a Symposium
Assist. Prof. Dr. Ziyad Abdul-Wahab Al-Nuaimy, Head of Public Policies Department at Regional Studies Center, participated in the scientific symposium held by Environmental Research and Pollution Control Center at Mosul University with a working paper titled (International Protection of the Environment from Transboundary Pollution). Dr. Al-Nuaimy highlighted the importance of international protection of the environment and the harmful effects of environmental pollution, especially trans-boundary pollution through international conferences organized for this purpose. Moreover, the legal framework for protection through international conventions concerned with protection.
