Regional Studies Center organized a seminar under the title (Iraqi Women’s role in the concept of political life) by Dr. Ameera Ismail AL-Obeidy, in the presence of the researchers of the Center on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
The research aims to indicate the importance of the political role of Iraqi women after 2003 and the percentage of political participation. The researcher added that the research has dealt with, in detail, the reasons that led to the reluctance of Iraqi women to participate actively in political life. The topic of the research was covered extensively by the researchers of the Center, which contributed to enrich and evaluate the research.
