As part of the increasing activities of academics of Regional Studies Center, scientific research entitled ” The marginalized in the poetry of Obaid bin Ayoub Al-Anbary ” was published by Dr. (Jumana Mohammad Nayif Al-Dulaimy), the researcher and lecturer at the Department of Public Policies at Regional Studies Center – University of Mosul, in (Lark Journal for Philosophy, Linguistics, and Social Sciences) which is a quarterly refereed journal and it is interested in unpublished scientific research in the field of philosophy, linguistics and social sciences issued by the College of Arts at Wasit University in its thirty-seventh issue on April 1, 2020.
