Prof. Dr. Ziyad Abdul-Wahab Al-Nuaimy, Head of the Public Policies Department at Regional Studies Center – University of Mosul, has been awarded a certificate of attendance of the lecture entitled ( Community of Learning (70/20/10) ) that has been presented online by “John G. Miller III – Director of learner Circle Company UCCR’ via Cisco Webex Platform on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 – Baghdad, Iraq, which is among the activities of the e-Learning in Iraqi Universities; Ministerial Team Project for remote and lifelong e-learning.
