Regional Studies Center Holds a Seminar on Egyptian-Turkish Relations
Regional Studies Center held a seminar for the research entitled “Egyptian-Turkish Relations 2011-2023 in the Political Field,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Munjid Mohammad Fawzi on April 28, 2024.
The seminar aimed to study the form and determinants of Egyptian-Turkish political relations during 2011-2023 in light of the regional competition taking place in the Middle East.
The seminar covered three topics: The first topic discussed the nature of Egyptian-Turkish political relations from the success of the revolution in 2011 until the coup in 2013. The second topic reviewed the course of political relations and the reasons for their synchronization from 2014 to 2021, while the third topic explained the motives for the return of relations between the two countries from 2021 until the end of 2023.lastly, the seminar witnessed interventions and discussions that enriched its topic.
