Regional Studies Center holds an educational lecture on the importance of afforestation and its role in preserving the environment
Based on the afforestation campaign to be held during October 2024 by the University of Mosul, Regional Studies Center held an educational lecture on October 2, 2024.
The lecture aimed to highlight the importance and role of afforestation in preserving the environment and reducing the rate of environmental pollution, and to promote the role of the university in enhancing the culture of environmental awareness.
The lecture urged the members of the Center to contribute to the afforestation campaign actively and to sustain it by various means and methods because of its environmental, aesthetic, and economic returns.
