Prof. Dr. Luqman Al-Nuaimy Publishes a Scientific Research in an International Journal
Prof. Dr. Luqman Omar Mahmoud Al-Nuaimi, a researcher at the Regional Studies Center, has achieved a distinguished scientific achievement by publishing his research in one of the well-known international repositories “Scopus”. The research is titled: “Where to Check Homework? The Emphasis on Supportive Feedback via Social Media by Teachers in CALL and Its Consequences on EFL Learners’ Self-assessment, Academic Success, Academic Enjoyment”.
The research was published in the Computer-Assisted Language Learning Electronic Journal, which specializes in the field of technology-supported language learning. The research discusses the role of feedback provided by teachers via social media in improving self-evaluation, academic success, and academic enjoyment for EFL learners.
This achievement is a qualitative addition to the field of language education using technology, and highlights the importance of employing social media as a supportive tool in the educational process, which enhances the status of the researcher and the university at the international academic level.
