Director of Regional Studies Center Holds a Welcoming Session for Faculty Members to Mark the Beginning of the New Academic Year
In an atmosphere filled with optimism and hope, the Regional Studies Center at the University of Mosul held its welcoming session on Sunday morning, August 31, 2025, to mark the start of the 2025/2026 academic year. The session was chaired by Assist. Prof. Dr. Tareq Mohammad Tayeb Dhaher, Director of the Center, with the presence of the faculty members.
The meeting aimed to strengthen communication between the Center’s administration and its academic staff, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork in raising the level of scientific and research performance, in line with the university’s mission and goals in serving society.
The session concluded with sincere wishes to the faculty members for a fruitful academic year filled with scientific achievements, reinforcing the University of Mosul’s position as a leading academic institution in knowledge production and in promoting the values of sustainable development for the benefit of present and future generations.
