The issuance of the eight amendment law of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry law.

(73) of constitution that involves the issuance of law (2) in (2014), the eight amendment law of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry law in (1988), the law was published in the Journal of al-Waqaia al-Iraqiya no. (4308) in February 3, 2014.
