The Scientific Workshop Entitled: Mechanisms for Employing Artificial Intelligence tools to promote the quality of scientific research outputs and improve international publication

The Research Support Unit of the Scientific Affairs Department at the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law, held a workshop entitled “Enhancing Research Efficiency in the Humanities through Artificial Intelligence Technologies.”
The workshop aimed to pay attention to the role of artificial intelligence technologies in consolidating scientific research within the humanities and to explain how to utilize modern applications to develop researchers’ skills, thereby boosting the quality of scientific output and enhancing academic performance.
The workshop featured presentations by Assistant Professor Dr. Rasha Khalid Sabri, Assistant Professor Dr. Faten Aziz Al-Ani, and Engineer Hassan Yasser Yousef.
They handled various topics related to the applications of artificial intelligence in scientific research and the most grievous challenges and opportunities related to its use in the humanities.
The workshop was held on Tuesday morning, February 17, 2026, with the participation of faculty members, researchers, and those interested in developing scientific research skills and employing modern technologies in academic work.
