The University of Mosul is Holding a Scientific Workshop on Tthe Mechanisms for Implementing the Government Program and the Applied Research Platform.

Actively pursuing its efforts to activate the government program and the applied research platform, the Scientific Affairs Department at the University of Mosul held a specialized workshop on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to discuss the most prominent activities and mechanisms for implementing the program.

The workshop was chaired by Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jassim, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and attended by the assistant deans of colleges for scientific affairs, directors of research centers, heads of academic departments, and program coordinators.

This workshop comes within the framework of the university’s commitment and ongoing efforts to enhance its role in developing scientific research and its applications, in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and to contribute to raising the status of higher education in Iraq and keeping pace with international standards.
