Dr. Manal Abdul Jabbar Al-Sammak , a teacher at the College of Tourism Sciences ,published a joint international research in one of the peer -reviewed scientific International Journal of Innovation, Creativity and Change. Volume 13, Issue 5, 2020 that classified within Scopus Q2, with 2.064 impact factor. The research entitled “The Introduction of Multi-field Entrances and Knowledge-based Systems in Enhancing the Success Factors of the ERP System ” that highlights the introduction of relatively modern concepts towards the multiple domains and systems adapted with knowledge that tends to convert energy properties towards the characteristics of knowledge, similar to the characteristics of two concepts, such as energy and the knowledge is characterized by ” from one form to another. The uses of these methods have been identified in enhancing the success factors of the ERP system, which is the key to the implementation of the system.
