College of Tourism Sciences

The Scientific Promotions Committee at the College of Tourism Sciences held a meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, chaired by Prof. Luqman Mohammed Ayoub Al-Dabbagh from the Department of Accounting, College of Administration and Economics, alongside Asst. Lect. Ghaidaa Mohammed Nafeh, the head of the Scientific Promotions Unit at the college.

Attendees included:

– Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Talal Khudhur – College of Education for Humanities.
– Asst. Prof. Dr. Hani Abdul Ghani Abdullah – College of Archaeology.

The meeting focused on discussing ministry-issued guidelines for scientific promotions, recent updates, and the processing of promotion applications within the college. This effort aligns with directives from the university president to strengthen the academic standing of Mosul University and ensure its adherence to ministry standards.
