The College of Tourism Sciences Organizes a Training Course in Coordination with the Continuing Education Center

 

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul,ِAsst. Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Naif Mahmoud, the college, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, held a training course titled “Using AI-Supported Sentiment Analysis in Marketing Hospitality Services” from December 1–5, 2024.

The course began with a welcoming speech by the Dean, emphasizing the importance of modern technologies, like AI, in enhancing marketing and hospitality services.

Asst.Lec. Huda Abdulaziz delivered a lecture on “Hospitality Services,” discussing the role of AI in improving service quality and using sentiment analysis to better understand customer needs.

The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Manal Raafat Khalid, faculty members, and students actively participated, enriching the discussions with questions and contributions, adding an interactive and insightful dimension to the event.
