Meeting of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs with Division Heads at the College

On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Zaid Raad Younis Al-Sammak, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, with the presence of the division heads at the college, to discuss several administrative and organizational issues related to workflow.
The Assistant Dean opened the meeting by emphasizing the importance of adhering to official working hours and not leaving workstations during those hours. He stressed the need to invest working hours in fulfilling assigned duties with seriousness and high efficiency, which enhances functional discipline and administrative performance.
The meeting also addressed the divisions’ main administrative and technical needs and ways to overcome obstacles that may hinder daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and the achievement of institutional goals.
The session included listening to several comments and observations from the division heads. Mr. Zaid expressed his appreciation for these contributions, affirming a serious commitment to addressing them in ways that serve the public interest and improve the work environment.
