College of Tourism Sciences Participates in the “Fundamentals of Professional Work” Training Course
The College of Tourism Sciences participated in the training course titled “Fundamentals of Professional Work”, organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul. The college’s contribution came through the specialised module on Work Etiquette, presented by Assistant Lecturer Hiba Khalid Bakr, the rapporteur of the Department of Hotel Studies.
The five-day course was targeted at university graduates and newly appointed employees, aiming to equip them with the essential skills and professional behaviours necessary for success in the workplace.
The participation of the college aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth)—by enhancing graduates’ capabilities and preparing them for effective integration into the labor market.
