Using Different Methods " وحصلت على العديد من الإستنتاجاتA stock solution of paracetamol and tramadol was prepared in water separately. UV spectrum of 25 μg.ml-1 of each individual drug was taken, figures shows that the maximum absorbance of tramadol hydrochloride is 227,and 272 nm; paracetamol has absorbances in these wavelengths also, while paracetamol exhibits a maximum absorbance at 242 nm with about no absorbance of tramadol hydrochloride at this wavelength .Volumes between (0.2-1.8) ml of stock solutions of the two drugs were transferred to volumetric flasks and diluted to10 ml with distilled water ,and between (0.2-2.5) ml of stock solutions of paracetamol were transferred to volumetric flasks and diluted to10 ml distilled water. The absorbance of paracetamol was measured at two wavelengths 242 nm and 227 nm, tramadol hydrochloride absorbance was measured at 227 nm as shown in figures.To test the applicability of the present method, it has been applied to the determination of paracetamol in its pharmaceutical preparations and its combined preparation with tramadol hydrochloride,the method exhibits a good application to the determination of paracetamol in presence of tramadol hydrochloride but it cannot be applied to the determination of tramadol hydrochloride in presence of paracetamol ,the result shown in this table.
