As part of its developmental activities aimed at enhancing graduate competencies, the University of Mosul / Division of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Basic Education and the Al-Rafidain National Foundation, has launched the “Educational Skills Qualification and Development Program (ESQDP).” The program is being held from August 19 to 31, 2025, at the Division Hall / Scientific and Literary Forum.

The course commenced with a welcoming speech by Mr. Ahmed Abdulkarim Abd, Head of the Communication Unit in the Division, who emphasized the importance of such programs in supporting educational staff and equipping them with modern skills in the teaching process.

The program is supervised by a group of experts, educational supervisors, and specialists in the fields of education and administration, within an advanced training framework designed to improve the educational and professional environment.

The course targets the development of participants’ educational and leadership capabilities, and it comes as part of a series of activities implemented by the Division in cooperation with its partners to strengthen the readiness of students and graduates for the labor market.
