As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the skills of its graduates and enhance their readiness for the labor market, the University of Mosul concluded the Educational Skills Qualification and Development Program (ESQDP), which took place from August 19 to 31, 2025. The program was organized by the Division of Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up at the University Presidency, in collaboration with the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Basic Education and the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh.

The closing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jassim, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Mr. Khaled Al-Shahin, Technical Assistant to the Nineveh Directorate of Education, along with a number of professors and relevant stakeholders.

The program, which involved over 100 trainees, included specialized lectures and scientific visits, supervised by a group of experts and educational supervisors. This step highlights the University of Mosul’s commitment to linking academic education with the needs of the educational field and developing graduates’ skills in line with labor market requirements.
